RF circuits & reference design

Do you know any internet link (or have any doc) about RF circuits designs with RF blocks from minicircuits ,Hittite,......?
For example where can I find complete Transmitter or receiver circuits with nowadays ICs and modules?(many circuits given in internet is with transistors!)

for a companies , check thier application notes , and see what the do
then see how to replace these elents
