how to add a new diode

I am new in ADS and I need to create 2 symbols for 2 diodes which don't appear in the library:
- schottky rb751s40t1
- zener esd5z3.3t1
I have download some files from the provider's website of them but I don't know how to use them. These files are: *.lib and *.sp3

I tried to import them, but for some reason ADS stops working.

What do you suggest?

u can use designkit in ads and then click on the "install
design kit"

Added after 6 minutes:

pay attention u should not add the file to ads yourself
ads automatically design it
i had done this mistake and my ads broke i forced to install ads again:(

And... How have I to use design kit?

I have already installed it and I was looking for diode models (in the pallete), but no one of them has all the parameters I need.
