designing of Rectangular DRA
plz help me
You cannot analytically calculate the exact resonances for the rectangular DRA. Instead one often uses an approximate dielectric waveguide model to predict the resonance, Q-value, etc. As the RDRA is 3-dimensional you have some degrees of freedom, i.e. there are several length/height/width combinations which give the same resonance frequency.
For exact results you should use some numerical eigensolver, i.e. HFSS. I suggest you read some papers on DRAs, for example
Theoretical and experimental investigations on rectangular dielectric resonator antennas - K. Mongia
There are many more papers on DRAs, please search in the IEEE database.
