Error while running optimisation in SuperNEC for 'snpatch'

Dear all, i am using SuperNEC 2.9 for patch antenna optimization. While using GA optimiser for 'snpatch' error occured.
Notice: Error found while reading file
Notice: No Optimization variable found

Sample Input:

Parameter values:

settings>> GA settings .. default
>> cost settings.. Gfactor=2, VSWR req=1.5, Vfactor=2
>> Model settings.. freq=300, phi=90, theta=45, Line imped= 50
>> Add ground.. perfect, interpolate

But when Run Optimisation.. above errors occured.
Please help me by notifing me where i mistake. best, if u send me an sample input of 'snpatch'.
