RF module that has a datarate of 100kbs+ and a range of 100

Hi , sorry to be posting such a mundane question.

Im trying to find a rf module that has a datarate of 100kbs+ and a range of 100m.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Also, what is the difference between using a sub GHz band and a 2.4GHz band.
