how to transfer layout component model to another computer

Hi,

I run momentum simulation and make a layout component in a fast computer.
Then I want to copy the model to another slow computer.
Because the project file is too large, I cannot copy the whole project file.

Does anyone know, which files should be copied, so that I can directly use the layout componenent, without resimulating it by momentum?
