PRM file extension problem

Hi, i have following problem:

I have .prm file from the wendor and i need to import it into MWO 7?

There is not support for that file type in MWO, so how to convert it in some type which may be imported in MWO?

.prm files are supported by MWO. In fact they are Spice files.
You have to import the files which will change the lib.xml Component Data file.
