why 2PD601ASL.prm cant be improted in ADS

Hi all,
I downloaded 2PD601ASL.prm from NXP SST Models and tried to improt it in ADS for many times,but the ADS always did not has response.i dont know why?
Can anyone help me ?

It is better if you can model the NPN transistor with the parameters listed in 2PD601ASL.prm.

I do/did this way multiple times but take care with the units.
