polarization dependent EBG in hfss....simulation attached

Hi

I have simulated a slot-loaded Polarization Dependent EBG cell in HFSS, according to a paper (attachment), to find reflection phase of the structure. But my results are the same for X-Polarized and Y-polarized incident wave! I can't find the problem. I have checked all terms.
Can anyone help me?
