testing of rf transiver

hi i assembled a rftrasiver it works properly when i make it on breads board but when i assembled it on pcb it doesn't work i again assembled it on bread board there also it doesn't work i want how to test the ic's (ht12-e&ht12-d)&rf module AM-434 tx&rx. plese tell me the procedure to do that it's urgent.
