and how to check radiated power of an antenna?

You need to test for the power output at your specified distortion level (ip3?). You need to test for spurious outputs. You need to check the drive level, so the gain of the amplifier can be calculated. As for the equipment it all depends on the accuracy required, the frequency and the power level. Some thing like a drive source, RF load, coupler so you can connect a spectrum analyser.
