Im begginer in RFIC design.I want to know in power amplifier design and specially class-E power amplifier for 2.4GHz with 1.8V supply for using in class-1 bluetooth applications what are the good ranges for PAE,power consumtion,p1dBm comperission point,vswr,TOI and other parameters.
