Differential CMOS Power Amplifier

Hi All:
I'm planning to design a 850MHz differential PA using 0.18um CMOS technology for my course project. The design specification is P-1dB=20dBm, G>8dB.
Would you please give some advices or papers? Some about the design procedures or circuit topologies...

Many books focus on such domain. You can search using key words such as RF, CMOS, power amplifier. The spec is not difficult to achieve.
