IE3D sample folder corrupted, how to fix it?

i have been using IE3D.
but the sample folder installed in my computer has been "corrupted" please can anyone upload the sample folder or send it to my e-mail id "vishal.06118g.ece@gmail.com"

the other problem is,i want finite ground plane which i got in sample folder,but i want air on same at z=0 above the finite ground,which i am unable to follow,how should i do it..
