How Do I Make a Technology file for ASITIC?

Can anyone provide me with the technology files I should use if I am willing to make a simple estimation for the inductor parasitics using ASITIC.

I'm using 0.18um technology.

I just need a simple file having all the basic stuff, because the one provided as an example in the program has only 4 metal layers, I want to use the inductors on metal 6.
