microstrip fixed attenuator ?

can you tell me, how can I do microstrip fixed attenuator (or termination) with the best return lost?

The frequency is about 11 GHz

For example to get a 50 ohms load with low parasitic inductance you can place 3 x 150 ohms SMD resistors in parallel (placed in a star configuration to the ground).
