Hi, may be try http://www.antennamagus.com - there is free version, but i am not sure, if is patch antenna in free version, try it.

if you have matlab, you can find free code for calculate patch antenna.

But if you find it, give the link here. I think, that FREE elektromagnetic simulator is problem.
