What is the permeability of a plasma? Would it be close to metals since it has a lot of ionized particles?

From an engineering point of view, Er of plasma varies with frequency. It is a dispersive material.

From a physics point of view, are you sure the plasma you are referring to is a plasma or just ionized gas?
