help with hfss simulator for designing microstrip patch ante

Hello i'm a final year student of telecom engineering and would like someone to help me out in my semester research project which is to reproduce a paper from IEEE digital library my topic is cicularly polorized wideband microstrip patch antennae for wireless communication.
