Hi,
it is known that the metal surface is reflecting the electromagnetic wave , my question is:
is there any relation between the skin effect phenomena and reflection factor.
i remember if i can make a metal foil with depth less that certain value the electromagnetic signal will be not reflected nor penetrated ?
am i right ?

I do not quite get what you are saying....
Skin effect equations by themselves do not have any mathematical relation to the reflection coefficient.
If you want a surface than can reflect about 100% of the incident RF signal..... then probably having a thin very conductive layer about 3 to 5 times the skin depth may help.
So if the EM wave is not reflected nor enters the surface...where does it go?
There is something flawed here.....
Or probably you are talking about multiple dielectric layers where you can make the equivalent of a quarter wave match...so the EM waves is not reflected....
But with conductive layers? I doubt it...
