how to get the specified results from the HFSS results ?

my device have two ports.One is input port ,the other is output port.
there are 10 modes in the input port while there are 12 modes in the output port.
I want get a specified mode ,so will I select input mode 1 ,output mode 9.
But the S parameters are as following :the attached .I am really confused.So would you please tell me about that ?thanks a lot for your help.
