Help,Miniator Planar UWB Bandpass Filter

Can anyone help me to get a correct result from this Band pass Filter?

I have designed this Filter with HFSSv11.0 but i have not got a good Result from S_parameter S11 and S12 for aforementioned bandwidth according to the Novel.

I have attached the Novel and the HFSS file for this Filter :

The data in the paper that you attched is from a lossless simulation, as you can see from the very ideal insertion loss in the pass band. It seems that lossless metal was used in the simulations, instead of using realistic material properties.

I simulated the filter in Sonnet EM, based on the dimension from the paper, and get ~1.5dB passband insertion loss with metal loss & substrate losses included.

I have also used PEC(Perfect Electric Conductor) material for Microstrip lines and Ground Slots in HFSS but unfortunately i didn't get a good Result for Insertion Loss(S12) and Return Loss(S11) for pass band
