mosfet mixer

I'm design RF passive ring MOSFET mixer on nmos. I'm confused where to connect substrate contact? Maybe leave it open...

i do not think open is correct. For standard process i think sub of nmos should connects to the lowest voltage; while for pmos you can either connect it to VDD or source.
