hfss help needed for the power divider!

here is another geometry for the phase shifting thing-can anyone make that on hfss?
how to make the curves and to add resistors? plz help

Making the curves:

Select the edge you wanna curve, click modeler-fillet, then you can get what you want.

For the resiser:

Draw a plane, assign the RLC boudnary for it, the it will act as the lump resistor in Wilkinson power divider.

I think one should go for AutoCAD in case of such curves.. First drwa the structue in that and than import the .dxf file in HFSS
