combine digital tuning pll with fm transmitter

I need help to combine both of this circuit

Pin meaning:
1 - tuning voltage (output)
3 - RF signal from oscillator (input)
2, 4 - ground
Tl1 - reset

this is Diy PLL system with also transistor oscilator and show where is input and where
to conect output.
I hope that help....

I forget to tell you that i build one without PLL and work very very stable.
and yes you can change C7 to 5pF or better to 5.6pF
