RFID chip impedance measurement

Hi,
its very easy to measure in network analyzer, or if you have S parameter of chip u can easily find the impedance of chip by plotting S(S22) parameter on smith chart.

do you know a easy set up to measure the chip impedance

Most likely, it's not very easy. At first, you have to know, for which operation point you want to perform the meaurement. The chip behaviour must be generally expected non-linear and the impedance changing with operation condition.
