Which diodes are good for rectifying 200 Mhz ?

Is anyone aware of diodes that are good for rectifying 200 MHz? The best I have found is Motorola's MBD301, 100mA, 30V, 100 ps reverse recovery. I would like a diode that is comparably fast, but capable of rectifying higher powers.
