Air core inductor design

Can anyone suggest how to construct an air core inductor..what are the necessary
requirement to achieve an inductance of 0.14mH? It is design on a car amplifier.
It is to be an air core inductor.

Is that formula in the link provided works for higher frequencies also..?
ex: at 10GHz, 15 GHz and 18GHz etc

If any other formula is available please let me kno..


And one more question, for making air core inductors in Microwave applications is there any consideration for wire thickness(diameter)? How to correlate it with inductance?
bec in the formula nothing is mentioned about wire thickness...
