I don't think you'll find a DDS chip with those caracteristics simply because there is no reason for a DDS to have two outputs with 90 degree phase shift.

You could always use 2 DDS chips and phase the input signals. Would that be good enough?

Actually, AD9958 has 2 channel with phase offset capability that you can adjust them with 90 deg phase shift but it has 500MSPS and i need 1 GSPS one.
