induced gate noise model

I'm trying to construct the induced gate noise macromodel (featured in Tom Lee's book, http://books.google.com/books?id=Dzc...e%20rf&f=false, screenshot attached). does anyone have any suggestions on how i can do this in cadence?

my main issue is, i think i should use the CCCS analoglib block, but it takes a voltage input and i just want to copy the current over. if anyone can post a screenshot or anything at all that would help a lot. Thanks.
