Hey, guys. I have problems in using a 35GHz power amplifier---Triquent 4522. Its biasing are right, the max output power is 20dBm , but the gain is negtive.
Have you ever encountered this kind of weird measured results?

The amplifier is dead..
I think..
Check the calibration/scale.
AS it is giving 20dBm power it may not dead completely.
Added after 1 hours 20 minutes:
I guess one path would have blown.
Check the current consumption on each path.
In balanced mode if one path fails then you will end in 6 dB loss.
