Dear all,
TSMC 90nm has provided a ".net" file which is "Translated with ADS Netlist Translator".
Although they have mentioned that they provide a ADS design kit but I can not import the .net file into ADS. Also there is nothing as ADS PDK.
* Is this file importable into ADS as a PDK?
* or it is only a mapping file to map a circuit from Cadence into ADS?
I would appreciate if someone can help as I am totally confused know .

As my experience of exploiting TSMC 0.18um/0.13um ADS RFCMOS PDK, it is very user-friendly. Just do designkit--> install design kits in the main window and everything will be ok. Perhaps one more step to put the model files into designkit-name/circuit/models.
I wish I could have the TSMC ADS 90nm RFCMOS PDK. Could you give it to me? Thanks.
