Design Double Diamond Patch

Hi everyone
i'm trying to design a wearable dual band antenna by double diamond patch with 4 bridges using CST MW software.....2.45GHz & 5.5GHZ
can anyone guide me on this?
i dont know where to start?

anyone out there i need u guidance plz....
i will be using Zelt & Fleece(as substrate) fabric....
