design of biconical antenna

Hi,

I'm quite new to the subject of antennas and their design.Recently I've started designing a broadband biconical antenna in EMCoS antenna design software referring to its manual.
I want to design a transmitting and receiving wire biconical antenna operating at 1.34GHz.I've referred to Antenna book by C A Balanis but it doesnt have design aspects of biconical antenna.
Can anyone please help me with the concepts of biconical antenna or refer to the site from where I can get help.
I've attached the radiation pattern and the antenna geometry that I've simulated
at 1.34 GHz.
