Patch array mutual coupling

Hi

Does anyone out there have a paper with analytical formula, experimental results etc which calculate the inter-elemental distance for a patch array to minimize adverse effects of mutual coupling between the elements. I have read on the internet that its approx 0.6 to 0.8 lambda but where is the proof?!
