generating 1hz to 500khz from 300MHz square wave with 0.01hz resolution

I want to generate 1hz to 500khz from 300MHz signal with 0.01hz resolution,is this possible ? please help me ,some link ,pdf is needed.

You can use DDS, check the Analog Device datasheet.

DDS can reach more resolution than 0.01Hz, it can output square wave, sinewave, or some modulation signal.
