looking for commercial bpsk receiver

I want to design n implement a low frequency bpsk transmitter, but before that I need to find a receiver first or else I won't be able to test it later. Frequency < 500MHz, data rate about +-200kbps, short transmission distance will do. I have search in some sites such as Farnell, RS, Globalspec but couldn't find a BPSK receiver. Any idea where can I find it?
