Commercial mm-wave Tx/Rx

Hi folks.

I am looking for some commercial mm-wave Tx/Rx ICs for radar purposes. Not many available and the pricing is not quite affordable (for example Hittite HMC6000 costs >100 USD on digikey).

Can anyone recommend some good ones?
