about Treansport stream clock question..

Dear all:
In DVB-S/S2, how to cal treansport stream clock?
ex: DVB-S QPSK SR=30M CR=7/8
&
DVB-S2 8PSK SR=20M CR=9/10

I has search web and can't find any information,please help me.
