HELP! How to start a substrate design in ADS Momentum?

Hi,

Can anybody help how to start a substrate design in ADS Momentum? The steps?
Because I'm afraid I'm taking the wrong way. Thanks!

This is called substrate modeling.
Check under momentum tab in layout design.
Go to create modify.
