how to deal with this problem in hfss

Hi ,Guys !
I just encounter a problem . After i closed a project i had saved ,then I want to open it .
the screen display message like this:
" Project E:/Ansoft/Projects/Dipole.hfss is locked.If the project is currently in use ,recovering will cause data corruption or software failure.
Do you want to continue?"

i do not what's wrong?

It is just a warning, which means your project was closed unexpectedly. You simply choose continue, and you will be offered two version to choose to open. Select the newest one if you think it is right.
