What's the difference between RF CMOS and normal CMOS technology?

I'm a new guy... So maybe it's a stupid question...
Is it right that with the shrinking of size, the CMOS could be used in RF application? Or RF CMOS has some different technologies in process? If it's different, what's the difference...

I think yes, one of the differences is its extremely small size to avoid parasitic elements.

Not only size, N+ doping concentrations are higher in RF-CMOS process and there is a Guard-Ring around CMOS with P+
