RF Testing of WLAN Module

Hi,
we are working on WLAN Module. for that we are making test Plan for wlan module. can anybody tell me about "how to test RF Performance of the WLAN Module"? what should be the procedure to test the wlan module. what testing equipments will it need for measurement.
