are agilent momentum and ADS momentum the same?

Engine of Moementum for them are same although I don't know what you mean by soft.s.

ADS is a name of "Design Framework" of Agilent EEsof.
If you use "Agilent Momentum" in ADS, a name of "ADS Momentum" is appropriate.

But we can use "Agilent Momentum" in other "Design Framework".
For example, you can use "Agilent Momentum" in Cadence DFII.
In this case, a name of "ADS Momentum" is not appropriate.
It should be refered as "Momentum on Agilent RFDE" or "Momentum on Agilent GoldenGate".
