Awr microwave office library error

i received this error when i try to load the AWR library:-
1:29:40 PM Caught COM exception while loading file://http://www.awrcorp.com/weblibs/8_0/top_v8.xml Exception message: 'Access is denied.'. XML library not loaded.


anyone knows about this error

i try to disable my antivirus but its still the same

Usually this error flagged when you don't have internet connection on your machine / pc to access this web based AWR XML vendor device library...
By the way do able to access the local installed or extracted copy of the library?

yes i can access the local library,i do have internet connection but the error always pop out during checking vendor device library .I try disable the antivirus and firewall it seem the problem is still there
