Implementation of BFP640 in ADS

Hi Folks
I am using a BFP640 HBT for designing a HBT Mixer. [As mentioned in Practical rf circuits by Rowan Gilmire Vol2 ]
I am using ADS for simulation and I have created a model based on the parameters mentioned in datasheet of Infineon BFP640 transistor. [I am attaching datasheet along with my ADS project ]
What bothers me here is the fact that in order to get a 12mA Ic [collector current] with 2V at collector terminal, I have to bias gate with 77 Amps.
Also , the S parameter [S11] plot does not match the one given in text book.
I think I am making a mistake some where while implementing the transistor here. I don't have much experience with implementing the active circuits in ADS.
Can you guys have a look at the design please
