Hello, dear friends.
I'd like to build equivalent model of 0.1 uF capacitor at 1.6 Ghz. So i need some data - s-parameters, for example. Maybe somebody have appropriate datasheet or smth like this - which can help me.

A RLC series circuit should work as an acceptable wideband model. For some Murata parts (you didn't mention the package size!) you can extract the R and C from the impedance-frequency characteristic given in the datasheet. It's e.g. about 0.4 nH and 20 mohm for a GRM15 (0402 size). AT 1.6 GHz, far above the SRF at 25 MHz , the impedance is dominated by the series inductance.
