How to measure current from a coaxial cable which has two conductors?

I have a very basic question. Can a Clamp meter measure current from a coaxial cable which has two conductors?

If no, is there any other instrument like clamp meter which can measure current in a coaxial cable

Coaxial cable provides paths for signal and for signal return, and as identical currents (ideally) flow in opposite directions they cancel out magnetic field, so your clamp meter will measure nothing ..
To measure current inside a coax you may insert a short section of two ordinary wires (eg. by fitting BNC connectors) and then using a clamp meter take measurement with only one wire in the loop ..
