Hello,
I'm trying to design an analogue predistorter. Just wonder if anyone knows any circuit design to generate IM3 product (the inverse of RF characteristic) by using Schottky Diode?
I read some journals and learnt that it is possbile to use the diode, but none of them gave detailed exaplanation, such as mathematical caluculation and diagrams..
Could anyone help?
