Question about RX and TX

i've bought a TX and RX module.. TX have chip TDA5210 and RX K110.. its is FSK RF module.. here's the picture and the specifications..

just want to ask if this module is capable of UART.. i want to implement this on my project design..

1st one is 403 error and 2nd one look like page from datasheet. By the way, did you read it? i mean did you read datasheet for these modules?
